Diego, it mostly says "Deathlok is Here!" referring to Rich Buckler's cyborg hero Deathlok who premiered in Astonishing Tales #25, not long after this was published.

Below that it says "At your local n," which I presume is followed by "ewstand."

Can't tell what it says to the right of Ben's calf: two words ending in "ye" "oro." Maybe the sign painter was just saying goodbye to Storm, who would not premier for another whole year? Your guess is as good as mine on that one!
