What's Bully Reading? 2024 #19: Star Trek: Picard: The Last Best Hope by Una McCormack
It's been a while since I read a Star Trek novel — I haven't followed them since the Novelverse was destroyed in order to put the Paramount+'s post-Nemesis canon TV timeline in its place — but this was a pretty good one. It's a prequel to the first season of Picard (and made me appreciate that season a lot more) that fills in the details and the history of the Romulan star's destruction and Picard's attempts to provid escape and harbor to the Romulans on their affected, soon-to-die worlds.

Bully Eats Food: A homemade lunch
John made me lunch! Chicken salad and Swiss on a pretzel roll, Hot 'n' Spicy Cheese-It's, and Dr Pepper Strawberries and Cream Zero Sugar!
Since I am wearing my kilt this week, I asked him for haggis, but he said the bodega was out of sheeps' stomachs.
![And what's for dessert, John?](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQhHDGRU3AM8lSmQEMuAv_a0dMDQmhCGMzudy-TzWY2SRSYjdVIm2r8SdjvjSTOS5_Rg0kZFC0Z82S6q5XYGmG9YFdWL2ON5ysCme2FEAVMC9viMD_tG4LL3DZtp8dc0TLo3erzt6hlgtEPxX4Uis7MaiuKWd0h8lFlxGNfLfDLm5vRwNJPK89KA/s1600/2024-0305-bullyeatsfood-johnmademelunch.jpg)

Kitty Pryde 🐈⬛: More songs to embarrass my cat
Made up a new song to sing to Kitty Pryde 🐈⬛
🎶 Where's the cat, she's under the bed
Under the bed with a funny-shaped head
She's not here or even there
She's under the bed in her underwear! 🎶
(response from Kitty: critical glare)
