Far be it from me to disagree with my favorite little stuffed bull, but the Super-Villain Team-Up cover surely is by Giffen (pencils) and Giacoia (inks) - your listing suggests the opposite. And the Star Wars cover doesn't look one bit like it's by Kane and Cockrum - even though that's what the Grand Comic Book Database says. (Compare it with, say, the Kane/Cockrum cover of Giant-Size X-Men #1.) It's possible that the layout was by Kane, but it looks like it might have been inked and heavily reworked by John Romita Sr. (though I'm not even sure of that).

You're probably absolutely correct and don't be shy about saying so. Correcting some of this and adding question marks where it's unknown.
