You may note that I have included for good value an eagle and elephant attack as well. Actually, those are Phanfasms, shape-shifting creatures who are planning to attack Oz but who are completely out of their depth against the wiles of Ozma of Oz.

I like to think the Phanfasms are Skrulls who have been marooned in their mountainous land south of the Nome Country and north of the Kingdom of Dreams, banished there by the Ancient One, Doctor Strange's mentor...but we'll never know for sure.
