Following his death in 1838, the Bonifácio was pressed flat and turned into a stamp by Colonel Gumm.

Okay, (a) I’m weirded out by that “Pan American” title using the same letterforms as the old Aquaman logo, and (2) I understand the individual words but have no idea what the first two lines of text in that piece are saying.
