I love that they gave that little bit to veteran character actor Kenneth Tigar (who was a frequent guest on "Barney Miller," most famously as the man who thought he was a werewolf, also brought in as a man who thought he had a poltergeist, thought he was Jesus Christ, thought he was psychic...)
And the message remains relevant.
That scene brought me to the verge of manly tears.
