This guy's sister, maybe? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lord_Snooty
I bought an early issue of Angel Love when I was eight or nine, thinking it was something like Meet Misty. My father's girlfriend confiscated it before I could read it. The hilarious thing was, my mother's sister was heavily into cocaine when I was a kid, and I probably could have parsed what was happening. Real life is not safe for children, sadly.
