You know...has it ever occured to the city council of Gotham, to maybe...rename Crime Alley? If they called it Lollipop Lane, I am sure that none of these sorts of things would happen.
I always thought streetlights were supposed to prevent crime. How wrong I was.
It was called Park Row back when the Waynes got murdered, for all the good that did.
