Is it me, or does the television announcer look eerily like Mitt Romney?
I was thinkin' Reed Richards, although that may be my tendency to immediately think any guy with white temples in comic books must be Reed Richards.
Three things:
(1) Ben Oda lettering!
(2) My go-to on white temples is actually Jay Garrick even over Reed Richards, but SallyP is right.
(3) Does that TV just get replaced by a computery wall unit like that in the story without comment, or does Bruce push some button and do the "secret panel" thing?
