I've never seen that. Intriguing. I'm siding with those in the forum that say its a 1920's cartoon re-purposed (or an amateur work or both). I'm guessing because of the style, the run time and the silence. The trouble for me is that outside of McKay and Fleischer no one was really doing animation like that...then again I think it could be European in origin since....yes I think it might be since the German's loved Karl May's westerns- which would have had a set up very much like the Lone ranger-white guy and indian. There are numerous German westerns based on the books-especially and real interestingly East German westerns. I think its a 1920's german film based on the works of Karl May...I would be more than 50% sure of it and probably be willing to make a money wager on it.
