Bully, I had never heard of this fellow until your post. And then reading about him (Louis "Armstrong had declared him the greatest British trumpeter" according to the Telegraph obit) I regretted it took his death for me to become aware and appreciate his talent. Thanks for the post (which inspired me to post about it at my blog, giving you full credit, of course).
