Is this the pair of annuals that had several pages exactly duplicated from each other?
Which is ordinarily kind of a cheat, but was sort of interesting as I remember it, because the pages had the same pencils, but were by different INKERS.
It might have been a different one, though - I remember it as being pencilled by John Buscema, with Tom Palmer doing the inks on Avengers, and some other guy on FF. It was the first time I truly understood the difference an inker can make.
I remember buying both of these while I was on vacation one summer in Door County, WI. Those were two of the first superhero comics I had ever bought and I now have to go track them down to have a nostalgia overload. Thanks, Bully!

It's that one.

I have both of them! I recently was doing some comic filing, and was torn over if I could include the FF annual as part of an Avengers run....
FYI I went with no, FF stays with FF....
