There’s a panel in a 1980s Batman story, I wanna say Detective Comics around the Crime Doctor two-parter, where Commissioner Gordon’s car is recovered after being stolen and he’s extra ticked because it was painted mauve.
Yet sometimes I have to do math to remember my own age. Sigh.
