Well, I only know Greg Proops from Whose Line and had completely forgotten his voice part in Episode I before looking it up just now, so...
I too know Mr. Proops only from Whose Line. You need to make a "Whose Line is it Anyway?" tag if you feature more clips from the show.
Wow. I love Greg Proops and I singularly hate that Star Wars character above all others.
