The scene in the window, at least, sure looks like Adams (or Adams/Giordano).

If I'm not mistaken, the outside Demons and Animals scene looks like a Mike Kaluta piece.
Thanks Sniktawt! Could be! I'm guessing it might have been pasted together from different pieces of art, so I'm going to be looking for the sources when I do my rereading of the DC horror books.
