Actually, Rollo has the idea with the burning twig on his own. Captain Tootsie suggested holding the kid down and shoving Tootsie Rolls up his nose.
"My, what a perfect likeness of the school's statue of Venus d'Milo that has stood in this exact spot for years! Very, very, VERY good weed you have provided me, young man!"
"Nothing to it, Father! I just packed snow over the statue in front of pretty much everyone!"
Yeah; I'm not sure why Captain Tootsie and the gang didn't just say, "Hey! Check this out!"
That looks more like C.C. Beck than Col. Sanders.
