I voting Avengers Annual #7 as my favorite of the two. The battle scene is decent alebit crammed into the bottom half. I can identify all the heroes, even if their opponents do all blend together. Thanos is likewise cramped onto the far right, which doesn't lend it the overwhelming or intimidating size I imagine its supposed to have.
But for all those negatives, its a masterpiece compared to Warlock's featureless background and its fighting characters who don't appear to have any connection with one another.
