And this is why Mr. Walker* rules. Kind of makes up for the Defenders of the Earth blurb on the cover. It wasn't a bad show, but they messed up Phantom lore in certain parts. Good vehicle for Flash Gordon, though, except for Dale's lifeforce stuffed in a crystal for no good reason.

Phantom: 2040, however? Fantastic show.
