I think Batman is confused. Herman's Head was a Fox Sunday night show in 1992, along with In Living Color, ROC, Married... with Children, Flying Blind and Woops!. All awesome; many of them cut down in their prime.
Except for The Simpsons, which was moved to Thursdays to compete with the juggernaut that was The Cosby Show, Fox's 1992 Thursday night lineup didn't have much to mourn.
The best part? Bruce is finally getting around to watching all those shows on the TiVo he invented back in the early 90's. No -wonder- he's memorializing them at last...
Bruce: Oh, this Flying Blind is good. But the Bat-TiVo doesn't list any new shows since May 2, 1993. Bat-Computer, give me all you've got on Téa Leoni's career since May 2, 1993.

But doesn't Batman also have a Betamax video recorder and an old Commodore 64? Or am I confusing him with Iron Man?
I'm assuming that he also has the last McRib in existance.
The McD.L.T.? Wow!
The tviv has handy programming grids. Fox's Thursday night in the Fall of '92 was The Simpsons, followed by Martin and The Heights.
See what I mean? I can't see Batman mourning The Heights.
But all those shows I previously mentioned? Along with two shows that tviv reminded me of: Great Scott! and The Ben Stiller Show?
I'd join Bats in lighting a candle.

Bat-Computer: Whirr, whirr, whirr. Chunka-zip-zip. Ding!
Bruce: (reading) Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Yeah. Okay. What?!?
Bruce falls to his knees and raises a bat-gloved fist to the heavens.
Bruce: David Duchovneeeeeeey!!!
The McDLT: Hot side hot, bat side cool!
Thom-El and Marth-El
In World's Finest #146, Batman thought he was Bruce-El from Krypton.
Sublimely absurd, as usual, Bully!
...Although I'm a bit distracted now, imagining Batman "mounting" Fat Alfred. (No wonder he's "stuffed"!)
'Bruce-El from Krypton'? Bruce-El from Krypton?
Man...Frank Miller is, like, such an amateur compared to these guys.
