Whilst that thing about the UK date system is true, it's also true that the system 2007/5/2 is gaining in prevalence, and the "52" thing works in that one too.
I gather that Titan Books will be supplementing their usual policy of creating "British" editions of DC trade paperbacks by defacing the back cover with an enormous unremoveable new price sticker. They will also be overstickering the front cover with the new title "25".

Only in America, li'l guy. In the UK we'd write is as 2/5/07, which ruins the effect somewhat.
There's a movie plot in there somewhere. I think I'll call it, "The Number 52".
