What the Sam Scratch is goin' on here?!? #2
Continuing the new 'ccasional feature here at Comics Oughta Be Fun: second in a series of comic book covers so wacky, so insane, so far out, that they're seemingly inspired by my Grampy Bull's fav'rite saying: "What the Sam Scratch is goin' on here?!?"

My tentative answer is "too much at once", but that's perhaps a bit uncharitable.
That city is as dangerous as some of those comic book jungles, where some guy is getting attacked by natives and 6 animals at the same time.
