Holy crap, Jim Lee made a cover specially for us to see that he doesn't know how to make two different characters actually look different. I wouldn't figure that was Omega Red if I hadn't read the issue, I'd assume it was Logan's twin brother, or that Logan became Marvel's Two-Face.
(seriously, look at that. Only difference is that Omega's chin is 1 cm bigger)
