I don't know, I might even be in the minority here, but I can't help but find these covers as being simply amazing. It's almost as if they're from a parallel universe where superhero comics started being published around 1919, with the 70s and 80s arriving around 1945 or so. They're just so...pulpy!
To play fair, the Conan is an American cover by Earl Norem from an early issue of Savage Sword of Conan Magazine. And the Kamandi and "Batman" covers are original DC art as well. But the others are wonderful. And I LOVE the fleshy curves on the female X-Men and Titans in the last cover. No skinny yankee bitches for the French!
