I adored this annual (the next one, too) so much.
And the inset of the JSA in the Time Sphere as well as the following panels were drawn by Rick Hoberg; it's just the framing panel of Wonder Woman and Tarantula here done by Ordster.

No problem. I don't have any explanation for why the JSAers' faces are green, sadly, although I'm glad to have it confirmed it wasn't just my copy. Might be worth asking Roy if he's laid down a couple of paragraphs on it somewhere. 8^)

Well, blue-green, maybe... kinda Marvel-Atlantean blue, actually...

I've got the digital version, and I surprised they didn't correct the color. It occurs on this page and on one towards the end, so I think it's a printing error on that one (folded) sheet for the original comic. Here's the same thing happening in a Human Fly comic.
