That's Gaspar, yeah. You're forgiven if you think the outlined letterforms are sloppier than usual for him, but that happened sometimes, and the thick black letters are all definitely his work.

That definitely looks like Gaspar, whose work I respect, but who was a definite step down from Schnapp.
That's what I thought too; I wasn't 100% sure though!
Didn't Jerry meet Aquaman too? Or was that Bob Hope?
