I want the Marvel Bullpen Man-in-the-Street Reporter to come back. Now.
I like the way every person interviewed insulted Moon-Night. I want someone to do that with the Sentry.
Hulk proves once again he's strongest one there is, and I wanna read Dakota North!
Everybody wins!
Well, these are very nice, but I can't help but be depressed when I realize that half of them are dead now.
*sigh*
I never read Dakota North but that ad convinced me it was one way-awesome comic.
And that Avengers ad...reminding me of a time when the Avengers were...good. Very depressing.
That New Universe ad was cool, but I like the one with the outer-space lightning bolt striking the Earth better. Remember that one?
Did Dakota North intentionally put snails in her ears there?
S.T.Y.L.E., indeed, Ms. North.
Did Dakota North intentionally put snails in her ears there?
Well, you know how those fashion models love to escargot-go-go.
Come on, you can't include the Dakota North ad without referencing this one.
And for further info on Ms. North's adventures, I'd direct you to the essay I did on her for Sleestack a while back.
Am I the only one who can't see the ads?
I've refreshed several times and they still don't appear. :(
Hmmm, Erin. I can see them on Safari and Firefox on the Mac and IE on the PC. Are you using a different browser?
Each image is around 100K—a little larger than most images on my site, but they should show up with no problem.
Mari, I had seen that Ms. Tree ad but never put the two together. Brilliant; thanks!
That Ms. Tree ad is probably my all time favorite ad ever. Just a wicked, wicked barb there.
I'm using Firefox...
Hm. For some reason, AdBlock Plus decided that they were advertisements and blocked them.
But it's never done that for any of your other pictures...
Are these in a different format, mayhap?
Ah ha! They weren't in a different format, but they were named 'housead-XXX" and tagged "Marvel House Ad." I bet AdBlock was blocking them because of that, thinking they were ads.
I've tweaked the tags and image file names. Try it now.
Oh! Oh! There's that awesome aside from Iron Fist about the Heroes for Hire comic and why people should buy it! I loved that ad! Thanks for the memories.
That fixed it, Bully! What a smart li'l stuffed bull!
*huggles*
Adblock is working overtime, shielding you from offensive content.
And that Ms. Tree ad is brutally succinct. Score one for Tree, none for Dakota North Investigations. They may have to close up the Tokyo office over this.
