You know, I actually did look at Aquaman covers for this, but there actually aren't any I saw that are almost all blue! (Quite a few where there's a lot of blue, but broken up by other colors.)
Which is not to say I haven't missed one, just that I don't know about it. Let me know if you find one! (Laura, any suggestions?)
I initially thought about that Craig Hamilton 80s mini just 'cause I met the guy as a kid and he was nice to me. But, looking it up, even with that aqua-camouflage suit.. it wouldn't fit your theme.
I just like to post happy comments when one of my favorite comics bloggers quotes Elvis Costello. (Graeme MacMillain over at Savage Critic dropped a line from "Invasion Hit Parade," of all things, into one of his titles a few weeks ago.)
The photograph line is REM's 'Photograph." the version I have is with Natalie Merchant, on the Born to Choose album. I don't know of any other versions. Great song.

Aqua-suit by itself would, though...
Really expecting to see Swamp Thing #56 on this one, I was...

Well played.
And I'm happy as a clam in delicious drawn creamery butter when someone recognizes my song lyric references. Thanks!
(And I was always sad no one ever mentioned this reference to one of my favorite songs of all time.)
