I'm enjoying S.W.O.R.D., but I really dislike the artist's long-muzzled version of Hank.
Which is a pity, because I love the writer's CHARACTERIZATION of Hank.
Still -- my favorite X-Man, Lockheed the Dragon, lots and lots and lots of aliens, and a sense of light-hearted adventure I haven't seen in a Marvel book since those early issues of EXCALIBUR -- it's an overall positive.
But, argh, give Hank back his short kitty-muzzle.
(I know, I know, there are a lot of Hank fans grumping about him turning from blue ape-guy to blue kitty-guy, but, shoot, I've been a fan of Dr. McCoy since the days when he was just a dude with big feet, and I think "big cat" works perfectly for him. So there.)
Ok, 1st off, why is he flying Doc Brown's time machine?
ReplyDelete2nd, why does he look like a goat?

When did Hank become a big blue Dalgoda?!
ReplyDeleteIt's like Chester Cheetah and Cookie Monster had a baby.
