Today in Comics History, February 2, Groundhog Day: This is one time where comics really fail to capture the true excitement of a large squirrel predicting the weather

He just came out to bum a cigar from Mr. O'Malley.

In addition to cussing out the groundhog, I'm also cussin' out this new version of Photoshop Elements where I can't yet figure out how to copy one layer onto another, thus making this post two separate images. Grrrr!

Crockett Johnson was, of course, the pen name of Tubbs Michael Thomas.
