Born on this day in 1923: illustrator Earl Norem, who painted gorgeous covers for pulps, men's magazines, and many Marvel Comics and other companies' projects! You can see his work on the covers of The Savage Sword of Conan, The Conan Saga, Hulk, The Deadly Hands of Kung Fu, Moon Knight, Dracula Lives, Planet of the Apes, Masters of the Universe, Dinosaurs Attack!, and many more!
