366 Days with J. Jonah Jameson, Day 76: Okay, who are you and what have you done with J. Jonah Jameson?
Panels from Silk (April 2015 series) #5 (August 2015), script by Robbie Thompson, pencils and inks by Stacey Lee, colors by Ian Herring, letters by Travis Lanham
The thing I love about JJJ's characterization in this scene - and this book - is how it works on a couple different levels. Because while JJJ is at heart a family man who likes to help people (as long as it doesn't cost much money, that is) he's also a newsman with a nose for a story. Helping Cindy here enables him to both 1) do good and 2) possibly get a story, which is JJJ in a nutshell.
