    Why is Captain Tootsie obsessed with secrecy? Why are his communications with the children encoded? What dark secret is he trying to hide?

    I snorked my breakfast on the alt text! Someone seriously needs to make a parody of Captain America #1's cover (http://www.comics.org/issue/1313/cover/4/), with Captain Tootsie instead of Captain America and shoving Tootsie Rolls up Hitler's nose instead of just punching him! We should probably replace Bucky with Rollo on the bottom edge too...
