Here I think Giordano either penciled but didn't ink solo or had a heavy but not total hand in the inking over another penciler — I don't know if Arne Starr was assisting him then, but while I wouldn't ascribe those inks to DG completely the heads look like his work. Gaspar Saladino lettered for sure.
