You're right, Dave. I was assuming it was a reprint from the story in Batman #40 (which was Sprang and McDonald), but double-checking Batman #40 I see it's a completely redrawn version!

That panel just reeks of Wayne Boring to me. Are you sure it's Sprang and McDonald?
