Mr Jones is a jerk! He is clearly at fault for the reckless manner in which he reverses out of his driveway. If you get tyre screech when reversing you are clearly going too fast. What if Bobby was driving a Kenworth along the road instead of a Schwinn along the sidewalk?
Mind you, Bobby is not completely blameless as he should not be riding his bike along the sidewalk either.
PS: Would I be right in thinking that Mr Jones inadvertantly whined the MJ, Jean Grey, Red Sonja and Tony Stark's sometime girlfriend Bethany Cabe before he finally got to Bobby's Mom?
