"Don't dare miss next ish! (You know how angry it makes Galactus!)"

A year (1972, to be exact) in the life of the Fantastic Four, as seen through the "next issue" blurbs at the end of their comic books (#118-#129):

$Today's word of Galactus: compunctious. \kum-PUNK-shus\ Adjective. 1: arising from remorse or regret. 2: feeling remorse or regret. Example Sentence: Norrin Radd's compunctious feelings eventually got the better of her, so he apologized to Shalla Bal for the cruel things he had said in the argument.$

What an incredible coincidence that Galactus' word of the day, "compunctious" was identical to the Merriam/Webster word of the day!
Now, watch me pull a rabbit out of this hat!
