I think it's kinda cute that they're blasthing away with these Mega-Huge Flamethrowers of Ultimate Doom, and the best that's happening is the logo letters are getting jostled and maybe chipped a bit.
Sadly, that Bloodsport comic might have been my very first actual comic book.
I only remember that Superman made a very corny joke involving if he had a dime for every time something happened, which had a punchline about the stock market, and then not getting it, because at nine or so, I didn't fully understand the stock market.
Dwyer was Byrne's stepson, and his assistant briefly. He also drew Byrne's Torch of Liberty for Dark Horse.

Hey, comparisons to GTA are unfair. The guys behind GTA at least have SOME self-awareness.
