What If...Captain America Had a Baby?

Jack Kirby's Captain America

Why, I think it would go something like this:

Peek...

..A-Boo!

Thankfully, Captain America does not have a baby.

Captain America's Bicentennial Battles
written and drawn by Jack Kirby

  1. Ugh, Captain America as a father.

  3. That would be one seriously messed-up baby. Probably grow up to steal hubcaps or something.

  4. After reading entirely too much today about Mary Jane zombies, I really needed this post.

    Thanks, Bully!

  5. Though my fingers are less square, I have to imagine that when I play peek-a-boo with my kid, that's pretty much what it looks like from her perspective.

Only Bully could make Kirby more awesomer (yes, "awesomer").

  7. Aw, I know how to translate Bizarro-speak, big guy. I know that you're really meanin' is the opposite of what you're sayin'. When you say you hate me, I know you love me! And when you say my blog sucks, you really mean...

Hey wait! Are you saying my blog blows?!

  8. I can't tell you how hard I laughed at this.

  9. Wonderful. If slightly terrifying.

  10. Thanks for posting, Bully. This is fun - as comics should be!

And has anyone, before or since, ever drawn with the same energy as Jack Kirby? Even in a scene like this, the action practically leaps off the page.
