    I am surprised that (a.) the Thing uses oven mitts and (b.) someone makes oven mitts in his size.

    They look more like welder's gloves than oven mitts. Also, I hpe ben cleaned that oven after using it.

    Actually, I'm thinking these were the gloves from the Hulk costume Ben wore for Halloween...
