The grease could be resold for millions. Or something.

While not a great issue, or even a good one, it did feature Stilt-Man getting overrun by cockroaches, so that's something.

The plot isn't so insane--in an episode of The Simpsons, Homer tries to build a fortune in grease, going so far as to steal the vast supplies of grease held in Springfield Elementary's kitchen. During the heist, Homer runs afoul of Groundskeeper Willie, who had saved that grease to finance his retirement. Pummeling ensues.

This issue was the token "comedy" issue before the "Big Dark 'Everything Goes to Heck'" story arc, this one called "Fall From Grace."

The comedy issue was better.Harvey Jerkwaterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07118848012122050416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16823651.post-1161560209456312042006-10-22T19:36:00.000-04:002006-10-22T19:36:00.000-04:001) If Daredevil finds this painful, he must have b...1) If Daredevil finds this painful, he must have been in agony when he had to fake his death and switch to the mostly grey outfit.

2) Is Daredevil on tiptoes on that cover? Does the Man without Fear try to slink away silently, lest the goofiness rub off?CalvinPitthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11815632086057048846noreply@blogger.com
