Must admit when you first look at the page you do a double take when you see the penciller credit, but looking at the figure-work it's plainly Allred (Namor in the first panel especially)

I guess Marvel editorial thought pure Allred would have all the Image kids & speculators falling foul of the classic error of mistaking simple for easy, and giving Joe Sinnott some work is never a wrong decision, but that's just bizarre.

Huh. I don't think I've read this since it came out, and can't recall thinking this at the time, but the end result looks kinda like Don Simpson. His art, to be clear, not the actual guy.
