This was originally just a shot of Bizarro New Year's Baby until Bizarro Vince Colletta added all the stuff in the background.
(And shouldn't the New Year be greeted with an old Bizarro? Damn Bizarro logic!)
I can never remember -- is it "Unhappy New Year" or "Happy Old Year".
