There's been quite a bit of controversy involving whether the idea for this was 'borrowed' or not: @darksong does a good job gathering the links.
Doesn't mean it's not a fantastic bit of animation though.
Why is this not on American television? Instead we just get those horribly sexist 'tv for him/tv for her' spots.
