Ten of a Kind: Will You Please Pick Up Your Dang Clothes?!

We're all familiar with this iconic full-page panel from Amazing Spider-Man #50:

Brilliant, brilliant image. Take a bow, John Romita. Doncha think this woulda made a great cover?

Or...ten covers?:

I find that Titans one deeply hilarious. Starfire apparently didn't get the memo that you were supposed to put on *civilian* clothes after taking off your superhero togs.

Bully, you never cease to amaze.

At least Shang Chi had the sense to leave his pants on.

excellent collection of 10 quit covers! Interesting how the two titans covers are identical. I do have a question, youve probably dealt with before... where do you get your covers? scans from your own collection? good work!

A lot of them I'm familiar with through my own collection, but most of the images come from the excellent and indispensable Grand Comic Book Database, which I never credit enough!

I had the same thought as Laurie. Titans are so slovenly.

What a bunch of litterbugs! Which I suppose is appropriate for Ambush Bug, but not for the rest of them! Costumes don't grow on trees ya know!

Inevitably, they have to run back, and start digging through the garbage cans desperately looking for their super suits, and then have to fight the inevitable bad guy, smelling like rotting fruit.

Dude, that New Titans cover looks like the floor of a teenager's bedroom! Clothes everywhere!

This iconic cover was also referenced in Spider-Man 2!

Very nice collection of covers, Bully!

I love the first one - the Giffen/DeMatteis run on Justice League was just awesome. Now those were some fun comics!
